As Community Representatives, 

we act on behalf of the Communities as authorized representative and in so doing:

Lodge with the Commission on Restitution of Land Rights a written request for the return of land, rights in land and/or other equitable redress in the prescribed ; 

Facilitate the land claim process by making follow-ups with the office of the Commission on Restitution of Land Rights and other role players outside government on progress being made on the claim; and 

Update the Community at regular intervals on the status of the claim.

Administrative back-up, by:

- Helping set-up office
- Create filing and archiving system to ensure efficiency and preservation of important documents and records
and Draft minutes
- Prepare reports and correspondences.

As Compliance watch-dogs, we ensure adherence and compliance with legislation by having in place

  • - Up-to-date member list
  • - Annual General Meetings called and held in a prescribed manner
  • - Audited Financial Statements prepared and presented annually
  • - and a Record of land transactions
As Consultants, we assist in or provide Setting-up structures by providing guidance on:

  • - The drafting of the rules, constitution or trust deed
  • - Registration of Land Admiration Committee (LAC), Communal Property Association (CPA) or Community Development Trust (CDT),         depending on the community’s preference
  • - Creation of sub-committees
